We have experience in a range of events and activations, from small community events and site specific theatre to brand activations and involvement in large commercial festivals. 

Our time on sites of festivals and site specific theatre sites gives us the right tools to deliver safe, dynamic and vibrant sites. We can supply experienced site managers who hold NEBOSH Diplomas to engage with contractors to ensure safe practice is adhered to at all times. 

Supporting our professional Site Managers or separately,  we can supply event crew. Our crew are experienced and skilled in building event sites and ensuring work is carried out on site and to both H&S and quality standards. We can also supply Telehandler and MEWP qualified Operators.

We specialise in delivering technical solutions to a range of events and ensuring the vision of designers, clients and other stakeholders is delivered on time and in budget. 

With an SIA licenced security team, headed by former Armed Services Personnel. We are able to ensure your customers, staff and contractors are safe and looked after. Experience in writing plans to submit to SAG and a working relationship with many local authorities makes us your ideal partner. 

All security staff not only hold the relevant licence, but also undergo additional training in customer service, conflict management, inclusivity and diversity, use of equipment and safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. 

All medical staff are qualified to a minimum of First Responder and most are serving NHS Ambulance Trust staff.   

Long gone are the days where a greasy burger and a warm pint of lager are the norm at festivals. Concession Management plays a key role in any event ensuring a crucial revenue stream and keeping your guests, customers and staff happy. With the skills, infrastructure and experience in delivering event bars across the country; we can offer effective and attractive event bar solutions while also managing other concessions on site.  Long standing relations with traders and concessions ensure all standards are upheld and quality ensured. 

We can also audit and manage existing trader relations of your event. Bringing in our expertise to ensure EHO and licence compliance  where needed.

Our advisors all hold a NEBOSH diploma as well as many years of relevant experience, we are able to provide on the ground and remote consultation in all things health and safety. Holding a great deal of experience of writing ESMP documents, liaising with SAG's, conducting H&S audits on contractors and traders and providing on the ground cover on events and activations. We can also offer Table-Top Exercises to aid in pre-event readiness.
